Participant Fitness & Medical Responsibility

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit for the trek, trip, or expedition selected.

  • You should carry personal medicines and health essentials as needed
  • You should understand the difficulty level, altitude, duration, and physical demand of the trek before booking
  • Our team may refuse participation where safety concerns are identified

Itinerary Changes & Operational Flexibility

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, route, stay arrangement, transport mode, departure schedule, meal plan, campsite allocation, batch structure, inclusions, or execution flow if required for safety, weather conditions, local restrictions, group management, provider limitations, road conditions, environmental factors, or other operational reasons.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions

Only those services specifically listed in the confirmed package, itinerary, departure sheet, or booking communication shall be treated as included.

Exclusions

Anything not specifically mentioned as included, including personal expenses, off-menu orders, optional activities, evacuation, shopping, or personal gear, may be excluded.

User Conduct During Trek / Tour

  • Participants must behave respectfully with staff, locals, co-travellers, and property owners
  • Participants must follow trek leader, guide, safety, and environmental instructions
  • Any behaviour creating danger, disruption, misconduct, or reputational harm may lead to removal from the trip without refund
  • Participants are expected to respect mountain ecology and avoid littering or damaging natural surroundings

Travel Documents & Permissions

Participants are responsible for carrying valid identification, permits, fitness documents, declarations, emergency contacts, and any other documents required for the applicable destination, state rules, restricted areas, or operational process. Failure to present required documents may affect participation.

To the maximum extent permitted, we shall not be held liable for losses, damages, delays, injuries, inconvenience, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather, road closure, landslide, natural events, or force majeure situations
  • Transport delays, breakdowns, route restrictions, or local administrative action
  • Personal negligence, undisclosed medical issues, or failure to follow instructions
